We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic Operations Assistant to support our team with various tasks.

What you’ll be doing:
You will report directly to the Product Development Manager, and primarily working to support the sales team with customer-facing business operations. You will work collaboratively with teams such as design, operations, and e-commerce, to have a bird’s eye view of the business. We currently have a hybrid schedule working in our Brooklyn office Tuesdays and Thursdays, while the other days are optional office days.
Specifics of the position:
- Acquire a strong knowledge of our brand and product portfolios to understand and contribute to the success of the business
- Become proficient in NetSuite Business Management Software
- Support all aspects of distribution and operations, including the processing and tracking of open sales orders
- Communicate the status of key customer orders to account managers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate updates to sales and e-commerce teams
- Track incoming product shipments from multiple vendors and communicate regularly with the team on arrivals, delays, etc.
- Perform administrative tasks such as completing item setups, upkeeping item information, and inputting orders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
- Entry Level
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
